Joe Biden and the radical left are waging all-out WAR against our gun rights through corrupt ATF “rule changes,” executive orders, and some of the nastiest gun-control legislation that has ever been introduced in Congress!

That’s why OGO bill sponsor Representative Mike Loychik (R-Bazetta) has filed House Bill 51, OGO’s Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA.)

SAPA law DESTROYS the enforcement of unconstitutional gun control laws, “rule changes,” and executive orders here in Ohio by requiring that Ohio police officers only enforce Ohio laws when it comes to guns, ammo and accessories!

Now it’s time that the rest of the legislature do their jobs and get this bill passed. Now.

This law passed in Missouri in 2021 and survived court challenges because it is based on the anti-commandeering doctrine which has been upheld by the US Supreme Court for hundreds of years.

The ATF wants hundreds of thousands of Ohioans to become felons and they want Ohio cops to be their enforcement brigade, and that’s why we need SAPA to stop them!
