Constitutional Carry passes the Senate!

Constitutional Carry just passed through the South Dakota Senate TODAY.

It now heads to the South Dakota House, where my personal friend, Speaker of the House Steve Haugaard, will likely ram it through in a matter of days!

And after newly minted Governor Kristi Noem signs it into law (as she said she will) into law, South Dakota residents will no longer need permission to exercise their Second Amendment rights anymore.

That will be FOURTEEN states now, over 25% of America, that exercise the Second Amendment WITHOUT first asking government permission!

Not only that, but it’s picking up steam in Iowa, Georgia and Oklahoma as well, and it’s being introduced in nearly a dozen more.

The Buckeye state is on deck, and I need your help.

In fact, I need your family and friends’ help, too.

Right now we’re working with State Representatives Ron Hood and Tom Brinkman to put the finishing touches on the 2019 Ohio Constitutional Carry Act, and it’ll be ready in the next few days.

But you and I can’t afford to let a whole legislative week go by while we finalize the bill – it’s time to kick this wagon into overdrive.

With the legislature going to a retreat later this week, there isn’t a better time to contact your legislator about Constitutional Carry than right now.

Specifically, we’re asking gun owners to ask their State Representatives to cosponsor Constitutional Carry.

The good news is, we’ve already added over a DOZEN cosponsors to the bill in just the last couple of hours.

Constitutional Carry is simple: if you’re legal to own a firearm, you’re legal to carry one without government permission, and without paying fees.

And the thirteen states that already have it? They’re enjoying plummeting violent crime rates, an increase in demand for training and zero increase in accidental shootings.

The reason why is simply because gun owners are the BEST, and Constitutional Carry is good for public safety!

When South Dakota passes it, there will be FOURTEEN states that already have this law!

It’s high-time Ohio passed a MAJOR overhaul bill, and gun owners need to let their legislators know that Constitutional Carry has huge grassroots support!
