‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ legislation is the most dangerous threat facing gun owners today for the simple fact that it allows a liberal judge to order the confiscation of your firearms before you’ve been arrested, tried, or convicted of anything.
In most cases, a bogus complaint can be PHONED IN against you by an embittered personal enemy (think ex-spouse.) And because ‘Red Flag’ laws always contain an ex-parte provision, you won’t know anything about the complaint against you until the cops are at your door.
It’s outrageous.
‘Red Flag’ laws shred the idea of ‘due process,’ they absolutely obliterate the concept of ‘innocent until proven guilty,’ and they give virtually unlimited power to anti-gun judges who hate gun owners.
But when these unconstitutional gun confiscation laws are supported by back-stabbing Republican moderates like Troy Balderson, Bob Gibbs, Anthony Gonzalez, Bill Johnson, Dave Joyce, Bob Latta, Mike Turner and Brad Wenstrup — it makes my blood begin to boil!
You see, just days ago, Balderson, Gibbs, Johnson, Joyce, Latta, Turner, and Wenstrup stood on the floor of the House of Representatives and voted to mandate ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ in the United States military!
Of course, Balderson, Gibbs, Johnson, Joyce, Latta, Turner, and Wenstrup didn’t think that anyone would catch on to what they did. That’s because this ‘Red Flag’ language was intentionally tucked inside of the 1,362 page long National Defense Authorization Act — the annual budget for the military — in hopes that gun owners wouldn’t find out.
Ohio Congressmen Jim Jordan and Warren Davidson love America and they love our military, and both Jordan and Davidson saw through the B.S. and voted NO on forcing Red Flags on our men and women in uniform!

When they voted to force ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ onto our incredible military, Balderson, Gibbs, Johnson, Joyce, Latta, Turner, and Wenstrup did so alongside of America-hating ghouls like Jerry Nader (D-NY,) Eric Swalwell (D-CA,) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL)!
Feel free to call Balderson, Gibbs, Johnson, Joyce, Latta, Turner, and Wenstrup and demand that they apologize to gun owners in Ohio for voting to subject the members of our military to ‘Red Flag’ laws. Their numbers are:
